L’ ami Cow’s Graviera (gruyere) is a hard, yellow cheese with a pleasant, slightly sweet taste full of the aromas of 100% local cow’s milk.
It is eaten raw with bread, fruit and can be used in food and salads while it goes perfectly well with many wine varieties.
Minimum maturation: 3 months
Ingredients: 100% Greek cow’s milk, salt, rennet, culture.
Available in wheels of 8kg and in smaller quantities of 200g and 400g, all in vacuum packaging.
