Feta is the favorite cheese of Greeks and a daily choice on the Greek table. L’ ami Feta cheese, known for its authentic, slightly spicy taste and excellent quality, is made in the traditional way with 100% Greek goat and sheep’s milk that is collected daily by the producers of the cooperative, highlighting the aromas of the land of Roumeli.
Feta is a rich source of proteins, while it can be consumed by those with lactose intolerance because of the low quantity of lactose it contains.
It has a particularly pleasant taste and it is used daily throughout the day in many salads, pies and various Mediterranean recipes.
Minimum maturation period: 2 months

Available in metal containers of 5kg and 16kg and in plastic containers with brine of 400g, 1kg and 2kg.
