L’ ami Kefalotyri is a hard yellowish cheese, with a pleasant salty and spicy taste made with 100% local goat and sheep’s milk.
You can enjoy it in pies, pizza, grated with pasta, as appetizer and in salads. It is also ideal with alcoholic drinks.
Minimum maturation: 3 months
Ingredients: 100% Greek goat and sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, culture.
Available in wheels of 8kg and in smaller quantities of 200g and 400g, all in vacuum packaging.
