A tasty and light white cheese in brine that is made with 100% local cow’s milk in the traditional cheese making way. Telemes L’ ami stands out for its fresh and peppery taste.

It is used in cooking, in pies and as a table cheese.

Minimum maturation period: 2 months

Ingredients: 100% Greek fresh cow’s milk, salt, rennet, culture.

Available in metal containers of 5kg and 16kg and in plastic containers with brine of 400g, 1kg and 2kg.
